Lake Elsinore Tax Service is in full support of the IRS promoting e-filing as a a safer and more secure way of filing your taxes.
The guidelines are strict and encryption technology is the best for e-file providers. E-filing can be done through a tax preparer, commercial software, or through Free File ( located on the IRS website).
The IRS will send a receipt upon receiving your return within 48 hours. If your return is rejected for errors, the receipt will contain a description and you will have the opportunity of making these corrections then refiling your return promptly. Your return could get back to you in as little as 10 days if you choose the direct deposit option.
